加工机车发动机主轴孔用组合镗杆的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on Boring Bar of the Combination Boring Machine for Processing Spindle Holes of Locomative Engines
【摘要】 机车发动机机体主轴孔的镗修,目前在全国范围内尚无高效率的专用设备。文中对机车发动机机体主轴孔加工专用组合镗床的镗杆利用I-DEASMasterseries5.0软件系统进行了有限元分析。分别分析了不安装浮动支承和安装浮动支承两种情况下的镗杆振型,证明在安装浮动支承之后,镗杆的挠度可以满足机床的要求,对超长镗杆的设计和性能分析具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 No efficient equipment is so far available for the boring of spindle holes of locomotive engines.This article makes a finite element analysis on the boring bar of combination boring-machine designed particularly for processing spindle holes of locomotive engines by using I-DEAS Master Series5.0software.Comparative analyses on vibration modes of the boring bar with floating support and vibration modes of the boring bar without floating support prove that,when float-ing support is fixed onto a boring bar,the deflection of the boring bar satisfies the requirement of the boring-ma chine.The study in this sense is of great significance to the design of longer boring bars and their performance analy ses.
