【Abstract】 The entire investigation is an important way and means o f the criminal cases about illegal buying and selling firearms in many countries in the mordern world. We also use this effective way in di fferent degrees in our country. Because we are short of necessary gui dence, we have so many problem in practice that we hurt easily citiz en legitimate rights.
