2K-V型摆线针轮减速器传动系统的动态特性分析
Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of 2K-V Planetary Gears Train with Cycloid Gears
【摘要】 建立了 2K -V型摆线针轮减速器的动力学模型。以 2K -V6型摆线针轮减速器为研究对象 ,在不改变减速器的外形尺寸和结构的情况下 ,分析了摆线轮修形和短幅系数对摆线轮啮合刚度的影响规律 ,以及传动系统中的各种刚度和针径系数对整机振动性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The 2K-V are planetary gears train with cycloid gears used in industrial robots and machines requiring good vibration characteristics. The natural frequency of the reducer should be as high as possible in order to apply these planetary gears in various industrial fields. In this paper, the dynamic model of 2K-V reducer is formulated. Moreover, the effects of the addendum modification coefficient and coefficient of tooth shape on the meshing stiffness were analyzed. Meanwhile, using the model, the effects of pin-diameter coefficient and stiff-nesses on the vibration characteristics were predicted.
