【摘要】 本文从利用质粒pBChygro转化少孢节丛孢YMF1.00544的2135个转化子中筛选到一株捕食器基因不表达的转化子YMF1.00110。该转化子的形态学特征与野生型菌株有明显区别,对该转化子的核酸杂交结果表明质粒DNA是以单拷贝的方式整合到真菌染色体上。此外,对部分转化子的杂交整合模式和标记率进行了杂交分析。

【Abstract】 Totally 2135 transformants were generated after transforming the nematode- trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligopsora with plasmid pBChygro. Among these transformants, one (YMF1.00110) losing the ability to form trapping-device was screened. This transformant grows slowly and shows different morphologies as compared with the wild type. The results of Southern blot analysis indicated the transfromant had single copy integrations of pBChygro. Furthermore, the integration pattern and tagged efficiency of parts of transformants also were presented in this paper.
