【摘要】 目的　找出基本医疗保险制度实施前后影响住院病人的主要因素。方法　采用灰色关联度分析法和ICD国际疾病分类进行微机汇总库调研。结果　主要影响因素为疑难危重病的收治和门急诊就诊人次的增多。结论　医院坚持高科技发展方针、低成本扩张运营 ,坚持以病人为中心 ,在服务质量上寻求突破 ,是医院发展的动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the factors influencing the annual numbers of inpatients in a hospital around five years of the medical insurance system reform. Methods We studied and analysed by the method of incidence analysis and the ICD disease classification, wherein data were collected via the computer. Results The results showed that the important factors are hospi talization numbers of critical cases and outpatients increase. Conclusion Now in the medical competition times, strategies of developing high technology,expanding operation with lower cost sho uld be observed.Medical quality and service should be paid more attention to pr omote the hospital progress.更多还原
