【摘要】 目的 :观察重组BMP7腺病毒 (Ad -BMP7)转染兔髓核细胞后BMP7的表达。方法 :实验组将Ad -BMP7注射入兔椎间盘 ,注射量是每个椎间盘 6× 10 6 PFU ,实验对照组注射Ad -GFP ,另设空白对照组。通过RT -PCR和免疫组织化学染色检测BMP7的表达情况。结果 :实验组能高效表达BMP7基因 ,且表达时间长达 4周。结论 :Ad -BMP7在兔髓核细胞的表达 ,为BMP7基因治疗的研究奠定了基础更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of BMP7 in rabbit nucleus pulposus cells with BMP7 gene transfection mediated by adenovirus vector in vivo.Methods:Ad-BMP7 , Ad- GFP carrying adenovirus 6×10 6PFU was injected directly into rabbit nucleus pulposus of lumbar discs of experimental groups and control groups respectively. Self control groups were injected with nothing.The expression of BMP7 was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results:BMP7 gene could be expressed by experimental groups effectively and the duration was up to 4 weeks.Conclusions:The expression of BMP7 in rabbit nucleus pulposus cells laid the basis for BMP7 gene therapy.更多还原
