【Abstract】 Because the previous appraisal methods for Multi-objects Decision-making (MODM)adopted are unavoidable to be affected by subjective or objective factors, it often has some deviation between the appraisal and reality. Utilizing Principal Component Analysis(PCA) to calculate the weights of index can eliminate this kind of influence and make the appraisal more objective and dependable. This paper expounds the principles, virtue and calculating steps of PCA. An case based on inland river, rail and road transportation of integrated transportation system in Jiangsu province is given.更多还原
