主成分分析法在综合评价中的应用(英文)

【摘要】 由于许多领域已采用的评价方法在一定程度上受到主客观因素影响 ,致使评判结果与真实情况产生偏差 .采用主成分分析法计算指标权重能克服主观因素的影响 ,使评价结果更加客观、可靠 .文中介绍了主成分分析法原理、优势和计算步骤 .最后以某省综合运输体系中的内河运输、铁路和公路进行了实证研究

【Abstract】 Because the previous appraisal methods for Multi-objects Decision-making (MODM)adopted are unavoidable to be affected by subjective or objective factors, it often has some deviation between the appraisal and reality. Utilizing Principal Component Analysis(PCA) to calculate the weights of index can eliminate this kind of influence and make the appraisal more objective and dependable. This paper expounds the principles, virtue and calculating steps of PCA. An case based on inland river, rail and road transportation of integrated transportation system in Jiangsu province is given.
