船舶结构强度直接计算分析中应力的选取
Determination of Ship Structural Stress by Direct Strength Analysis
【摘要】 在对船舶结构进行有限元直接计算分析和评估中 ,一般采用舱段板梁模型 ,不可避免地要面临应力的选取问题 .对于弯曲板单元 ,有限元计算输出的应力包括上下表面的应力 ,是否选取上下表面的应力作为强度评估的依据 ,这与有限元网格和边界条件有关 .在船舶结构有限元分析评估中一般采用中面应力作为工作应力 ,它是上下表面应力的平均 ,文中对在船舶结构有限元分析评估中采用中面应力作为工作应力的原理、方法做了分析与探讨
【Abstract】 In analyzing and evaluating of ship structures by FEM, a plate beam FE model within holds is generally used and it is unavoidable to solve how to select the stress used. For bending plate, the output stresses include the stresses of up surface and lower surface.Which stress will be used for strength assessment is conducted according to the finite element meshes and the applied boundary conditions. In ship structure strength analysis, the mid surface stress is used as applied stress in general. As known, the mid surface stress is the average value of up surface stress and the lower surface stress. The paper introduces the theory and method of using the mid surface stress as the applying stress in ship structure strength analysis. Some tests and analysis have also been made in this paper.
