使用模态频率的变化识别轴上横向裂纹的研究
Transverse Crack Detection of a Shaft Using Natural Frequency Changes
【摘要】 为了准确识别裂纹的位置和提高识别的精度 ,提出了采用模态频率的变化来识别裂纹的方法 .根据一个分析模型 ,采用有限元计算的方法得到轴的各阶固有频率 ,利用这些数据绘制出了裂纹位置、裂纹深度变化时轴的固有频率变化的分布规律图 .利用裂纹造成的固有频率的变化截取的等高线相重叠来识别裂纹 .以内燃机曲轴为对象对其进行疲劳裂纹检测 ,取得了预期的效果
【Abstract】 In order to discern position of crack accurately and improve precision discerned,method to discern crack has been proposed adopting the change of mode frequency.According to an analytic model,every natural frequency of the axle is get by adopting the finite element calculates.Utilizing these data to draw out the distribution map of axle changes in natural frequency when the crack position,the crackle depth change.The contours, received by natural frequencies variation, are overlapped to discern the crack.Taking crankshaft of internal combustion engine as the research object and carrying on fatigue crack measure obtain an anticipated result.
