【摘要】 极限编程 ( XP)是近年来出现的一种很有影响的“轻量级”软件开发方法 ,它是简化软件系统开发过程的一种极端尝试 ,目前已成功应用于许多小型项目中与传统软件开发方法相比 ,极限编程具有灵活、贴近用户、投资少等优点 ,但因种种原因很难扩展到大型项目上去。文章对这些原因进行了研究 ,提出改进的方法 ,并将其应用到实际的项目开发中更多还原

【Abstract】 eXtreme Programming (XP) is an influential method to develop lightweight software in recent years. It is an extreme attempt to simplify the development process of the software system. At present, it is applied in many small projects. In comparison with the traditional method of software development, it has such advantages as flexibility, closeness to users and less investment. But for some reasons, XP is difficult to apply to large-scale projects. Therefore, this paper researches on these reasons, puts forward some improved methods, and then applies it to real project development.更多还原
