【Abstract】 This paper introduces turbo Architecture, which is a software that can aid to build ITS Architecture, and expounds interface of the software, flow to build an ITS Architecture and problems to be paid attention to. Taking as an example the software’s application in the plan of the Olympic Games’ Intelligent Transportation Systems, this paper makes further explanation of how to use the software.更多还原
