四元共聚丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of Quaternary Polymerization Acrylic Emulsion Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
【摘要】 研究了以丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体.醋酸乙烯(VAc)和丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,通过预乳化法合成乳液丙烯酸酯压敏胶的工艺过程。得到的最佳工艺条件为单体质量组成2-EHA 62%,BA15%,VAc 15%.AA8%.复合乳化剂2%~4%,引发剂过硫酸铵0.6%.75~80℃,反应4h。
【Abstract】 Synthesis of polyacrylate emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive was studied in this paper. The optimum reaction conditions were compose of monomerse 2 -EHA 62% ,BA15% , VAc 15% ,AA8%, amount of emulsifier 2%~4% and amount of initiator (NH4)2S2O80. 6%, reaction temperature 75~80℃, reaction time 4h .
