城市公共交通规划环境影响评价的替代方案分析
Analysis of Alternatives for Environmental Impact Assessment in Urban Public Transportation Planning
【摘要】 城市交通的可持续发展战略要求在交通规划的制定过程引入战略环境评价。文中结合发展实际 ,就城市公共交通规划的环境影响评价中的 4种替代方案进行了环境影响分析
【Abstract】 With the sustainable development strategy of urban transportation,it is necessary to introduce Strategic Environmental Assessment in the process of transportation planning.Based on the status of urban development,four alternatives for urban public transportation planning are evaluated in the paper.
