【摘要】 城市交通网络设计的问题是定量交通网络设计和定性交通网络设计的结合,主要以定量的交通网络设计为主。而对于两种设计过程中出现的诡异是研究城市交通网络设计的两个必不可少的问题。在分析城市交通网络设计问题的基础上,针对城市交通网络的特点,重点提出了解决交通网络设计问题的措施,从而为交通规划部门和决策人员提供了科学、系统、合理、有效的决策方案和决策数据,使政府有限的资金投入取得最佳的投资效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban traffic network design problem is the combination of the quantitative traffic network design and the qualitative traffic network design; it is mainly on the quantitative traffic network design. And the paradoxes that appear in two design process are two essential problems that study the urban traffic network. In this paper, based on analyzing the urban traffic network design problem, and the characteristics of the urban traffic network, especially in giving the countermeasures, the network design can provide the department of traffic with some scientific, systematic, reasonable and effective decision-making schemes, with which the most investment profits may be available within the investment budget.更多还原
