浉河大桥承台大体积混凝土施工与温控分析
Analysis of Construction and TemperatureControl for Pylon Base Massive Concrete of Shihe Bridge
【摘要】 河南信阳浉河大桥为独塔双索面斜拉桥,主塔承台混凝土总量为386m3。分析混凝土裂缝产生的机理,进行了主塔承台大体积混凝土的温度应力计算,提出了防止温度裂缝产生的混凝土施工及温度控制措施。
【Abstract】 Shihe Bridge, in Xinyang, Henan, is a cable-stayed bridge with a single pylon and double cable planes, the concrete of the pylon base of main tower amounts to 386 m3. In this paper, the mechanism of crazing of the concrete is analyzed. The calculation of temperature stress of massive concrete of the pylon base is carried through and concrete construction and monitoring measures against the crazing due to temperatures are proposed.
