硬质合金倒角铣刀的优化设计
Hard alloy angle milling cutter optimized design
【摘要】 针对大型电站设备制造中难加工材料及复杂零件的加工过程中刀具破损严重的问题,进行了硬质合金倒角铣刀的优化设计。在设计过程中,优选了刀具几何参数;用向量矩阵法进行刀具角度变换计算,从而确定了刀槽的空间位置;并利用I-deas软件进行了三维实体造型设计。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at the problem of the serious damage of the cutter to the hard-cut martial and the cutting process of the complicated parts which used in large power station, optimized design a new hard-alloy angle milling cutter; in the process of designing, cutter angle is calculated, the tools angle are calculated with the vectorial matrix method, thus the space position of the tools groove is defined and finally 3-D solid model is built on I-deas software.
