车头时距分布模型及其在山区双车道公路的应用
Headway Distribution Models and Their Application on Two-lane Highway in Mountainous Areas
【摘要】 车头时距是交通流理论中的一个重要概念,是交通流的重要特性之一。国内外对车头时距的分布进行了大量的实地观测,并在概率统计的基础上建立了车头时距的分布模型。本文对各种车头时距分布模型在交通流理论中的应用进行了详细的阐述,并讨论了各种模型的适用范围。然后,对山区双车道公路实测的车头时距数据进行了拟合,得出了在小交通流量(小于 500 veh / h)时车头时距符合移位负指数分布;阻车时产生的交通流量(大于 600 veh / h)时车头时距符合对数正态分布,该结果能为进一步研究山区双车道公路通行能力奠定基础。
【Abstract】 Headway is an important concept in the traffic flow theory, and a characteristic of transportation. A lot of investigations and studies have been carried out on headway distribution. Most of distribution formulae are derived from probability statistics. In this paper, different headway distribution models and their use scope are listed and compared. Finally, survey data of two-lane highways in mountainous areas are fitted. The author draws a conclusion that it fits the displayed negative exponential distribution under the low traffic volume (less than 500 veh / h), and the Log-Normal Distribution with the range of 600-1200 veh / h. This result provides fundamental research for further study on capacity of two-lane highways in mountainous areas.
