【Abstract】 With the fundamental knowledge of the location theory and the city GIS, the location determinants influencing the location of logistics park are analyzed in four sections which contain market, transportation, competition environment and other determinants, and a tow-step location choice model based on the location theory and the city GIS is suggested. Finally, an example is given to test the model in location planning of logistics park, and then, some proposals are presented.更多还原
