【摘要】 本文探讨道路交通安全研究体系,构建基础层、过程层以及阶段层的空间结构系统。基础层包括交通安全理论和交通安全技术;过程层包括:事故预防、安全保障及事故救援体系;阶段层包括:交通全规划、设计与管理。针对我国道路交通安全管理现状及未来,提出了道路交通的事故预防、安全保障事故救援理论体系及技术体系,使道路交通安全研究具备系统性、理论性、标准性及可持续性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the road traffic safety architecture, which consists of three layers: foundation layer, processing layer and stage layer. The foundation layer includes theories and techniques of traffic safety; the processing layer the accident prevention, safety and accident rescue system; and the stage layer the traffic safety planning, design and management. Based on the current and future situation of traffic safety management in China, the paper describes the theory and technology systems of the accident prevention, safety guarantee and accident rescue, which make the research of road traffic safety systematic, theoretic, standard and sustainable.更多还原
