奥氏体晶粒长大与晶界迁移

【摘要】 论述奥氏体晶粒长大的能量转变自发过程及各种影响因素。奥氏体晶粒长大速率随加热温度升高呈指数关系增加 ,与该温度下的保温时间大致呈抛物线变化。首次观察到T10A钢试样在真空加热 (冷却 )时奥氏体晶界迁移过程中留下的 2~ 3重晶界现象 ,更清楚地反映了晶粒的长大情景。

【Abstract】 To discuss spontaneous energe transform process of austenitic grain growth and some effect factors .The austenitic grain growth rate increases with heating temperature conforming to the index law and it changes with the keeping time during this heating temperature according to the parabola law.Coexist of two or three new and old grain boundary has been observed in the field of vision for the first time during the T10A steel specimen heated and cooled in vacuum.This picture can reflect the austenitic grain growth process more clearly.
