Zr基AB2型储氢合金组织结构及电化学性能的研究
Study on microstructures and electrochemical properties of zr -based AB2 hydrogen storage alloys
【摘要】 采用XRD物相分析、扫描电镜分析、透射电镜分析及电化学性能测试等方法,分别对铸态及快淬态Laves相Zr基AB2型储氢合金进行了组织结构及电化学性能方面的研究,结果表明,铸态合金由C15-Laves相,C14-Laves相及非Laves相Zr9Ni11(AB2-1中)、Zr(Ni,Mn)Sn0.35(AB2-2和AB2-3中)组成,AB2-1的电化学性能明显好于另外两种合金。合金经过快淬处理后,由于部分非晶化,对电极的放电容量和活化性能都有严重的不良影响。
【Abstract】 The microstructures and electrochemical properties of as - cast and quenched Laves phase Zrbased AB2 hydrogen storage alloys were investigated by XRD、SEM、TEM and electrochemical properties testing in this paper. The result indicates that the as - cast alloy is composed of cubic C15 Laves phase, hexagon C14 Laves phase and non - Laves phases such as Zr9Ni11 ( in AB2 - 1 )、Zr(Ni, Mn) Sn0.35( in AB2 - 2 and AB2 - 3 ) The electrochemical properties of AB2 - 1 alloy is better than AB2 - 2 and AB2 - 3 alloys’ . The electrochemical properties of quenched alloys are poor because of part amorphous existence.
