【Abstract】 Product development method in enterprises is occurring a great renovation due to business globalization and information technology advances. Collaboration in different locations and different companies is more and more important to product development process. This paper presents a multiplayer architecture of a web-native Collaborative Project Management System(CPMS) from the analysis of traditional Project Management(PM).
