【摘要】 应用工控机成功研制出颜料压力测试系统。该系统用工控机(IPC)作控制计算机,用组态软件作为实时测控软件,对不同成分配比的颜料的压力性能进行了实时监测,得到了不同配比的颜料压力曲线,为颜料的工程应用打下了理论基础。该测试系统具有操作简便、实时性好、可靠性高的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a Pigment Pressure Test System(PPTS) based on IPC is developed. In thissys tem, the IPC is adopted as control computer and the configuration software as real-time test and control software. To different pigment mixture which have different proportional component, its pressure curve is obtained, so it can lay the theory foundations of pigment engineering applications, Therefore, the characteristic of the system is of convenient in operation, real-time, and reliable.更多还原
