【摘要】 为适应全自动精密液压校直机的发展,关于压力校直工艺的理论研究越来越受到重视。文中明确了压力校直的含义,阐述了压力校直工艺的主要参数,分析总结了三种校直行程的计算方法。同时,对校直工艺自动控制策略方面的研究现状作了阐述。最后,针对校直工艺理论研究方面有待进一步开展的研究工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the development of automatic straightening machines,theoretical study on press straightening technology is more and more important.In this paper,the definition of press straightening is explained.Main parameters of press straightening technology are discussed.Three calculation methods of straightening stroke are generalized and analyzed.The status of research on control methods about straightening process is illustrated.Finally,prospects of study on press straightening technology are given.更多还原
