磨损颗粒监测电容传感器理论研究
Theoretical Study on Capacitor Sensor for Detecting Wear Particles in Oil
【摘要】 用电场的基本定律分析了磨粒监测电容传感器的电容量与其极板面积S、极板间距离d、机器油液介电常数ε和磨粒材料介电常数ε1及其几何尺度概率分布间的关系 ;定义了该电容传感器灵敏度Δn。算例表明 :①Δn 与电容传感器的极板面积无关 ;②Δn 与d近似成负指数关系 ;③Δn 与介电常数比ε1/ε近似成正比关系。
【Abstract】 The relation among the plate area S ,separation between the plates d ,permittivity of oil ε ,permittivity of the wear particles’ material ε 1 and probability density distribution function of the wear particles’size,was investigated with the Gauss’theorem for electromagnetics.The derivative of the capacity C with respect to the number of the wear particles n was defined as the sensor’s sensitivity Δ n.It shows:① Δ n is not affected by plate area S ;② Δ n has approximately a negative exponent relation with d ;③ Δ n is mostly proportional to ratio ε 1/ ε .
