【Abstract】 From two angles of SCM and Modern ERP,this article clarifies the importance of purchase management in the mo-(dern) enterprise management.After comparing the differences between the traditional stock purchase and Just-In-Time JIT purchase,this article explains the important position of Supply Chain Strategic Partnership in the SCM.Then the many various main factors in supplier selection are analyzed,furthermore,there most important factors in supplier evaluation and selection are pointed out,namely,quality,price and date of delivery.At last,the article provides the overall scheme of a purchase management model system based on the supply chain.更多还原
