【Abstract】 Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is interpreted in point of the view of knowledge. The categories and characteristic of the knowledge used in the CBR are explained and how to use the general knowledge in CBR is debated by simulating the processes of the decision : making in the bank loans to enterprises, so the comprehensive scoring method is derived. The method mainly concerns about the general knowledge used in case revise, and corresponding storage of the knowledge is discussed.更多还原
