【Abstract】 In the ATM network,ABR service uses a rate-based flow control mechanism.In this paper,a fuzzy-PD control mechanism based on the fuzzy and control theory approaches is put forward.Simulations show that the mechanism exhibits stability,a fast transient response and good stable performances with robusticity.And it can achieve network performance objectives and promote the efficient use of network resources.更多还原
