【Abstract】 This paper analyses the weaknesses of existing business letter processing systems and the relative technologies of full-text retrieval, accomplishes the business letter processing system based on the organic combination of full-text retrieval technology and database technology, and introduces the implementation process of full-text retrieval in the system. The practical application of the system has improved the service quality and economic benefits of postal enterprises.更多还原
