生物多样性风险分析的概率排序型决策网络计算软件
Network Program of Probability Ranking Based Decision Making and Its Application in Risk Analysis of Agri-biodiversity
【摘要】 针对农田生物多样性分析的需要,研制了概率排序型决策的网络计算软件ProbRankDecision,可进行概率排序型决策和一维有序聚类分析。该软件由六个类和一个HTML引导文件组成。具有图形用户界面,可在多种支持Java的网络浏览器上运行。用该计算软件对有害生物可持续管理的一种生物多样性问题进行了风险案例分析。同时,讨论了概率严排序决策、概率弱排序决策和一般风险型决策的应用条件,以及用贝叶斯分析改进状态概率排序的方法。网络在线计算软件ProbRankDecision的应用有助于生物多样性风险分析的规范化,也有利于数据和信息共享。
【Abstract】 In this study the computational program for Probability Ranking Based Decision Making (PRBDM), ProbRankDecision was developed and presented.This program is made of 6 Java classes and a HTMLfile.It is an Internet on-line computational software which can be run on various Java-enabled Web browsers.This program was presented to make risk analysis on agricultural biodiversity.
