【摘要】 目的　探讨氯氮平治疗对女性精神分裂症患者血清脂类及血小板聚集功能 (PAR)的影响。方法　对 4 5例女性精神分裂症患者氯氮平治疗前后作简明精神量表 (BPRS)评定的同时检测血脂、载脂蛋白和血小板聚集功能并与 5 2名对照组相比较。结果　女性精神分裂症患者治疗前总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,甘油三脂 (TG)、PRA显著高于对照组 ,血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白Al(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)与对照组比较无显著性差异(P >0 0 5 ) ;氯氮平治疗 1个月后 ,患者BPRS评分下降 (P <0 0 1) ,TG、LDL C、apoB、PAR显著升高 ,HDL C、apoA1、apoA1/apoB显著降低。结论　氯氮平治疗能改善精神分裂症患者的疾病状态 ,但同时可导致患者血脂、载脂蛋白和血小板聚集功能异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of clozapine on serum lipid and platelet aggregating function in schizophrenia. Methods: The BPRS evaluations and the measuremnt of lipid, platelet aggregating function were made in 45 female schizophrenics before and after the treatment of clozapine, and compared with 52 females of control group. Results: Before treatment, compared to the controls, TG and PAR were significantly higher, and HDL-C and TC were significantly lower in schizophrenia group (P<0.05), while there was no obviously difference in LDL-C, apoA1 and apoB (P>0.05); after the treatment of clozapine, TG, LDL-C, apoB, PAR all significantly ascended, while HDL-C, apoA1 and apoA1/apoB significantly descented. Conclusion: The treatment of clozapine may result in lipid abnormality and enhance platelet endogenous aggregating function gradually.更多还原
