【Abstract】 Public property rights in traditional planned economy are not the market type and they transform from non-market type to the market one. Modem enterprise system comes from the breakup of property rights, which is the basic trend of modern property rights movement. The system developed the private system and became one of the requirements for its transition to public property rights. Legal person’s property rights are the center of modern property rights system and modern enterprise system while the latter has various meanings and attributes, which often refer to the basic characteristic of conforming to market economy and it isn’t the same as public ownership. To make stock system the realization of public ownership, we should combine the meaning of the former with the form of the latter.更多还原
