高强钢中最大夹杂物的尺寸估计与疲劳强度预测
ESTIMATION OF MAXIMUM INCLUSION SIZE AND FATIGURE STRENGTH IN HIGH STRENGTH STEEL
【摘要】 描述了两种估计高强钢中最大尺寸夹杂物的方法——统计极值(SEV)和广义Pareto分布(GPD)统计方法,分别利用上述两种方法估计了不同体积的ADF1钢中最大夹杂物的特征尺寸,并根据估计的夹杂物尺寸预测了不同体积的ADF1钢疲劳强度,同时与实验结果进行了对比.
【Abstract】 Two statistic methods, statistics of extreme values (SEV) and generalized Pareto distribution (GPD), which can estimate the size of maximum inclusion in high strength steel, were described. The characteristic sizes of the maximum inclusion in the ADF1 steel with different volumes were evaluated by above two methods, and the fatigue strength estimated was compared with the experimental result.
