【摘要】 阐述了高浓度醋的生产现状、适用范围和发展潜力,分析了制约我国高浓度醋发展的瓶颈。
【Abstract】 This article introduces something about the high concentration vinegar, such as its current production, its applied field and its developing potential. And some barriers to the development of high concentration vinegar are analyzed as well.
