室温累积叠轧技术对纯铝板材力学性能的影响

【摘要】 利用室温累积叠轧(RT-ARB)制备超细晶纯铝,并对其金相显微组织、力学性能进行分析。实验结果表明利用室温 累积叠轧工艺可以制备性能较好的纯铝材料,其中第4道次的材料综合力学性较好,与初始态纯铝相比:抗拉强度为 215.24 MPa,是初始态(125.25 MPa)的1.72倍,并具有较高的延伸率(18.02%)。

【Abstract】 Ultra-fine grain pure aluminum is made by room temperature ARB and the microstructure and mechanical properties are analyzed in this paper. Experimental results indicate that the pure aluminium with better properties can be achieved by Accumulative Roll-bonding at room temperature. At the fourth pass, the material has the best compositive mechanical properties compared with the anneal material. The tensile strength is 215. 24 MPa which was 1. 72 times that of anneal pure aluminium and has better elongation (18.02%).
