阴离子聚合制备窄相对分子质量分布聚苯乙烯的工艺研究
Study of the Technology of Synthesizing Narrow Molecular Weight Distribution Polystyrene by Anionic Polymerization
【摘要】 采用阴离子聚合法,以正丁基锂为引发剂,采用工业原料在常压和惰性气体条件下制备了一系列窄相对分子质量分布且分子质量可控的聚苯乙烯(PS)。研究了反应工艺条件对窄分布PS的相对分子质量及其分布的影响,为国产化制备聚苯乙烯标准物质材料和它的衍生高分子材料奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 A series of narrow molecular weight distribution polystyrene whose molecular weight distribution can be controlled were prepared by anionic polymerization in the inert gas atmosphere and common pressure, using n-BuLi as initiator.The parameters for the polystyrene′s molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are investigated too. These works pave the way for synthesizing polystyrene standard materials and its derivatives.
