【摘要】 从地理信息系统(GIS)的组成和功能出发,探讨了GIS在城市环境管理和环境管理信息系统开发中的应用特点和建立城市环境管理信息系统的必要性,提出了基于GIS的城市环境地理信息系统的逻辑结构框架。

【Abstract】 According to the constitution and function of GIS,we discuss the application characteristics of environmental ma nagement information system and its possibility,offer the logic frame structure of environmental management information system and have a practical application.
