焊后热处理对BB503钢焊接接头性能及组织的影响
Effects of Heat Treatment After Welding on Mechanical Properties and Microstructures of BB503 Steel Welded Joints
【摘要】 对 4 5mm厚的BB5 0 3钢板分别采用手工焊、CO2 气体保护焊、埋弧自动焊进行焊接 ,对部分焊接接头进行了焊后去应力热处理。比较了不同工艺焊接接头的力学性能及显微组织的差异。结果表明 ,经手工焊和CO2 气体保护焊焊接的BB5 0 3钢板的焊接性优于埋弧焊 ;焊后热处理消除了焊接接头中的残余应力 ,大幅度提高了接头各区的冲击韧度 ,综合力学性能显著提高
【Abstract】 The steel plate BB503 with 45mm in thickness was welded by shielded metal arc welding(SMAW),CO2 gas shielded metal arc welding(GMAW)and submerged-arc automatic welding(SAW)methods respectively.Part of the welded joints was then carried out stress-relieving annealing.The mechanical properties and microstructures of the welded joints with three types of welding technology were compared.The results show that the welding adaptability of SMAW and GMAW is superior to that of SAW.The heat treatment after welding relieves residual stress in the welded joint,leading to the fine-grained microstructure and remarkably improve mechanical properties.
