Mg-5Al-1.03Ti纳米复合材料的力学性能及微观组织
Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Mg-5Al-10.3Ti Nanocomposite
【摘要】 通过机械化学研磨法将Mg、Al、Ti粉末混以聚乙烯乙二醇进行研磨 ,合成了Mg 5Al 10 3Ti纳米复合材料。与常规粉末冶金法相比 ,该法合成的材料的力学性能呈现出反常的应变软化现象。透射电子显微镜分析表明 ,合金中镁晶粒尺寸大多为 2 0~ 30nm ,个别晶粒的尺寸约为 90nm ;此外 ,观察到许多直径约 3~ 7nm的纳米管
【Abstract】 Mg-5Al-10.3Ti nanocomposite was synthesized by the powder of Mg,Al,Ti milled with polyethylene-glycol (H(OCH2CH2)nOH). The nanocomposite synthesized by mechanical alloying shows an abnormal strain-softening phenomenon,compared to those prepared by conventional powder metallurgy. The TEM analysis results show that the most of Mg grain sizes are 20~30nm,a few about 90nm in the mechanically alloyed specimen. In addition,many nanotubes with size of 3~7nm in diameter were observed.
