【摘要】开发了一种化学成分为Fe Ni Cr RE粉末冶金泥浆泵缸套的材料 ,通过对该合金的组织及稀土元素含量对耐磨性影响的研究 ,结果表明添加稀土元素 ,可获得致密化程度较高、合金元素分布较为均匀的组织 ,并具有较高的硬度和良好的耐磨性能更多还原

【Abstract】 A sort of P/M material consisting of Fe-Ni-Cr-RE used in cylinder liner of mud pump was developed.The effects of microstructure and content of rare earth elements on wear resistance of Fe-Ni-RE alloy was studied.The result shows that by adding rare earth elements the higher density and uniform microstructure can be obtained in the material,and the material possesses high hardness and good wear resistantce.更多还原
