H13模具钢激光熔凝层的组织及性能
Microstructure and Property of Laser Surface Melt-Solidifying for H13 Die Steel
【摘要】 对H13模具钢激光表面熔凝层的组织结构和硬度、磨损性能、电化学腐蚀性能进行了分析研究 ,结果表明 :H13钢经激光熔凝处理后可在表面获得平滑、均匀致密、无裂纹的硬化改性层 ,显著提高了材料的抗磨损和腐蚀性能 ,从而提高了模具的潜在使用寿命
【Abstract】 The microstructure,hardness,wear and electrochemical corrosion characteristics of laser surface melt-solidifying of H13 die steel were analyzed. The result shows that smooth,crack-free in surface layers,as well as homogeneous microstructures can be obtained through laser melt-solidifying,and the wear and corrosion resistance of H13 steel are improved and so can prolong the service life of the die.
