Ag/SnO2电触头材料退火工艺研究
Annealing Process of Ag/SnO2 Electrical Contact Materials
【摘要】 研究了Ag/SnO2 电触头材料的退火工艺。根据退火温度和时间对Ag/SnO2 电触头材料的抗拉强度、硬度和伸长率的影响 ,确定了最佳退火温度和时间为 6 5 0℃× 2h。在该工艺条件下退火 ,SnO2 颗粒在Ag基体中的分布更加均匀弥散 ,导电性能提高。如果退火不当 ,在拉拔过程中Ag/SnO2 线材会发生异常断裂 ,出现锥形断口。断口的微观形貌分析显示 ,异常断裂是由于SnO2 颗粒在Ag基体材料中局部富集造成的
【Abstract】 The annealing process of Ag/SnO2 electrical contact materials was studied.By the investigation for the effects of annealing temperature and time on tensile strength,hardness and elongation,the optimal annealing process parameters of Ag/SnO2 are determined as 650 ℃ for 2h.The SnO2 particles in Ag matrix are uniform distribution and the electric conductivity is enhanced after annealing the electrical contact material under the optimal conditions.However,improper annealing of Ag/SnO2 wire could cause an abnormal breakage during drawing,and form tapered fracture.Micrograph analysis of the fractures shows that the abnormal breakage of the Ag/SnO2 wire is due to the local concentration of SnO2 particles in Ag matrix.
