离子氮碳共渗+离子后氧化双重复合处理的研究
Duplex Treatments of Plasma Nitrocarburizing and Post-Oxidation
【摘要】 用自制的保温式多功能离子热处理炉对 4 5钢进行了离子氮碳共渗 +离子后氧化双重复合处理 (Ion(NC +O)复合处理 )。测试结果显示 ,Ion(NC +O)复合渗层是由黑色致密的Fe3O4 膜 ,厚的ε Fe2 3N白亮化合物层和α(N) +γ′扩散层等三部分组成。经Ion(NC +O)双重复合处理后的 4 5钢表面硬度和耐蚀性能都有显著提高 ,其耐蚀性能可以和奥氏体不锈钢的耐蚀性能相媲美
【Abstract】 The duplex treatment of plasma nitrocarburizing plus post oxidation (Ion(NC+O) duplex treatment) was carried out in a self-made heat isolated type of multipurpose plasma heat treatment furnace.The results show that the complex layer of the treated 45 steel consists of Fe3O4 film,ε-Fe2-3N compound layer and α(N)+γ′diffusion layer,the surface of the treated steel has a significant improvement of the surface hardness,and the corrosion resistance.The corrosion resistance of the treated 45 steel is as good as that of austenitic stainless steel.
