缓冲器锻件精密锻造成型模具用钢的选择与应用
Selection and Application of Die Steels to Precision Mould of Buffer Forgings
【摘要】 针对缓冲器锻件模具的选材需要 ,检测分析了 6种大截面热作模具钢的性能 ;根据大型热锻模具的常见失效形式分析 ,为保证大型热锻模具具有优良的使用性能和长寿命 ,应重点依据大截面热作模具钢的高温强度、高温冲击韧度和热稳定性进行模具用钢的选材。据此 ,选用B2钢 (4Cr2MoVNi)作为缓冲器锻件成型模具用钢 ,并经工业生产验证 ,选材合理 ,非常适用于缓冲器锻件成型模具
【Abstract】 The performances of six kinds of heavy-section-hot-die work steels were analyzed according to the material selection of buffer forgings precision die,which shows that the material selection of die steel should be based on the high temperature strength,high temperature impact strength and thermo-stability of heavy-section-hot-die work steels in order to confirm an excellent service performance and longevity of heavy hot-forging die thinking of the familiar failure form.In view of the above,B2(4Cr2MoVNi)steel was selected as a buffer-forgings-die steel.It was proved by industrial production that B2 steel is suitable for making buffer forgings die.
