多元铝青铜铸态下的组织与力学性能
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of the As-cast Multi-aluminum Bronze
【摘要】 利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对CuAl14 X铝青铜铸态试样进行了组织观察、结构分析和各种力学性能测试 ,探讨了组织结构与力学性能的关系。结果表明 ,铸态组织为α +β′ +γ2 +K ,常温下的抗拉强度为5 6 3MPa、抗压强度 12 5 8MPa、冲击韧度 0 34J/cm2 、硬度 38HRC。因为铸态组织粗大 ,组织分布不合理 ,须通过后续热处理来改善其组织与性能 ,以达到模具材料的使用性能
【Abstract】 The microstructure of as-cast multi-aluminum bronze was observed and analyzed by XRD,SEM and EDAX,also the mechanical properties were tested.The relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties was discussed.The results show that the microstructures of as-cast multi-aluminum bronze are α+β′+γ2+K,and the tensile strength,compressive strength,impact strength and hardness are 563MPa,1258MPa,0.34J/cm2,and 38HRC respectively in room temperature.Because of the coarse structures and ill-distribution of the structures,the subsequent heat treatment should be carried out to improve the microstructure and mechanical properties in order to meet the requirement of the usability in die materials.
