Q235钢表面熔盐电镀铝及其耐蚀性的研究
Study on Electroplating Aluminum of Q235 Steel in Molten Salt and the Corrosion Resistance
【摘要】 将Q2 35钢试样分别经 15 0℃的AlCl3 NaCl KCl熔盐和 80 0℃的Al和NaCl KCl熔盐处理后 ,可在试样表面获得电镀铝层。对电镀铝层的耐蚀性进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,无论是低温电镀还是高温电镀 ,电镀铝层的厚度都随电流密度的增大和电镀时间的延长而增加 ,镀层厚度和电镀时间的平方根呈线性关系 ,而且其耐蚀性得到显著的提高
【Abstract】 The electroplating aluminum layer on Q235 steel surface was obtained in molten salt of AlCl3-NaCl-KCl(150℃)and Al and NaCl-KCl(800℃),and its corrosion resistance was studied.The results show that both at low temperature and at high temperature,the thickness of plating layer is increased with the increasing of current density and electroplating time(t).The relationship between thickness and square root of time(t)is linear.After electroplating aluminum on Q235 steel,its corrosion resistance has been increased remarkably.
