【摘要】 研究了新型模具钢LD的强韧化及深冷处理工艺。结果表明 ,淬火后深冷处理较淬火回火后深冷处理的效果好 ,重复深冷处理的效果更好 ,使LD钢的强韧性和耐磨性得到充分发挥 ,大幅度提高了冷挤压模具的使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Process of strengthening & toughening and cryogenic treatment of LD steel was researched.The results show that the effect of cryogenic treatment after quenching is better than that after quenching and tempering,however the effect of twice cryogenic treatment is the best,so the strength,toughness and wear resistance of LD steel bring into play in full extent,and the service life of cold extrusion mould increases in great range.更多还原
