稀土快速渗碳工艺
Fast Carburizing with RE Catalysis
【摘要】 采用改进型稀土催渗剂进行渗碳后 ,与常规渗碳工艺相比提高渗碳速度 2 0 % ;若采用稀土快速渗碳工艺并将Ⅱ区碳势提高到 1 3%时 ,与常规工艺相比提高渗碳速度 31 % ,同时金相组织得到了明显改善。通过一年生产应用证明这是一种操作简单、稳定可靠的工艺 ,并取得了明显的经济效益
【Abstract】 The carburization rate can be increased 20% compared with the conventional carburization process by using RE catalyzed carburizing.When the carbon potential in the region Ⅱ was increased to 1.3%,and adding RE,the carburization rate can be increased 31% compared with the conventional process and the microstructure can be improved remarkably.This process has been used in production more than a year,and it is confirmed that this is a simply operational,stable and reliable technology.It shows remarkable economical benefits.
