铝及其合金微弧氧化技术的研究与进展
Research and Progress of Microarc Oxidation on Aluminum and Its Alloys
【摘要】 微弧氧化是一种在Al、Mg、Ti等有色金属及其合金材料表面原位产生陶瓷层的表面强化技术。利用该技术可以在这些有色金属表面生成耐磨、耐蚀以及电绝缘性能优异的陶瓷层。本文介绍了铝及其合金微弧氧化的基本原理、工艺特点、微弧氧化陶瓷层的结构和性能特点 ,并展望了微弧氧化技术的应用前景和发展趋势
【Abstract】 Microarc oxidation(MAO)is a surface modification technique,which can in situ form ceramic coatings on the surfaces of some non ferrous metals such as Al?Mg and Ti etc.Insulating,wear and corrosion resistant ceramic coatings can be obtained on surfaces of such metals by MAO.The fundamental,process characteristics of MAO were introduced in this paper.Structure and properties of the ceramic coatings were described as well,and the application of micro arc oxidation technology was also discussed as well as its development trend.
