【摘要】 针对广东日新泵业的卫生型(Sanitary Centrifugal Pump)水泵,对叶轮内的三维不可压湍流流动进行了数值模拟。计算结果结合卫生型水泵的实测揭示了叶轮内湍流流动的速度分布、压力分布规律,对叶轮内部的流动状况进行了研究与分析,从而为卫生型泵的优化设计奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 3-D turbulent flow in the impellers of these two pumps is simulated according to the two sanitary centrifugal pump with different parameters in GuanDong NISSON pump company. The result combining with the real test in that company get the velocity and pressure distributions of the turbulent flow in these two pumps, which will be helpful for the optimal design and performance prediction of pumps on the basis of flow field simulation.更多还原
